Francois started Tech 24 Limited in 2003 when he left his special needs teaching position, to fill a specific need:

IT consultation and expertise for special needs schools, mainstream schools and small to medium-size businesses.

These Schools:
· Need ongoing help to maintain and troubleshoot their system, or temporary help to set up and administer a special project,
· Want a partner dedicated to maintaining the highest level of educational IT expertise, and
· May not need or want a full-time IT employee on their payroll.

During nearly 8 years of IT consulting for schools and small to mid-size businesses, Tech 24's Managing Director Francois Boshoff formulated his unique approach to IT service and consulting:

· Understand the unique nature of IT in Schools,

· Listen carefully to what they need to help them achieve their goals,

· Put the client’s interests first, · Recommend only solutions that make sense for that individual school.

· Have a relentless focus on the customer and user experience.

In 2008,Tech 24 decided to take their IT company to the next level and developed their Hands Free IT line of managed services offerings. With Hands Free IT,Tech 24 is able to deliver a more proactive approach to managing their clients’ IT infrastructures.
