Judith Nel - Principal Parkside School

As you know, I met you first at the Special Principal’s Conference last year and I was very impressed by the way in which you managed and supported a wide variety of presentations throughout the conference. I was also impressed by your own knowledge and experience of Special Needs students/schools, and the assistive technologies/adaptations to existing ICT needed in many schools.
Since contracting you to work at Goldfields I have continued to be impressed by your honesty and flexibility. During our early discussions it was apparent that you were not ‘in it to make a fast buck’ but had a longer term view of your work. Developing sustainable and high quality partnerships seemed very much to be a priority, regardless of the level of support a school might need. You were helpful in guiding me through the needs, both present and future, that my school had.
Throughout the initial set up phase, you and your team have been flexible and very responsive to the needs of my staff/school and I have no hesitation in recommending you to any school or future partner. Brandon (Tech24) is regarded very much as one of our own here at Goldfields and is highly regarded by all staff, not just as a Technician but as a colleague and tutor.
Most importantly, having outside agencies or staff working within our school, it is important that they are comfortable and respectful of our students. Both you and Brandon are and have garnered more respect and trust from the staff because of this.
I have no doubt that your company will go from strength to strength as more Special and indeed mainstream schools, become aware of your expertise and commitment to improving access to ICT within schools, both for staff and students. Certainly your professionalism and responsiveness to need has been second to none, and Tech24 are very much a part of our school community here at Goldfields.

James Le Marquand - Principal Arohanui Special School

Francois has impressed us with his knowledge of computer systems and software.  He is organised, reliable and an excellent trouble shooter.

Francois has created positive working relationships with all staff with his quiet patient manner.

Francois is a born teacher. If anyone can improve my computer skills, they must be good!!!

Francois goes that extra mile to get us the best deals.  He must save us a fortune over the year.

If Francois doesn't know the answer he will go away and research the answer.

Francois is happy (willing) to share his knowledge with our staff.  Many teachers have been upskilled in the area of IT as they have had the opportunity to work beside Francois.

Francois is a member of our IT team.  He has guided us in purchases and helped us to become a lead school in this field.

I would recommend Francois and his company most highly.  He is building a team of skilled people around him.  He understands the IT requirements of a school and the practical use of computers in the classroom context.

The IT needs and requirements of our growing school have been met in a professional manner.

Sandra Snowden - Parkside School

It is all very well having an ICT person to fix problems but having a person who has teaching background in special needs is very important for understanding the school’s ICT needs.

Christine Devenie - Sommerville School

The school is using technology more efficiently and effectively for administrative and educational purposes.

Corey Busfield - Sommerville School
